AutoCL is an AI-powered platform that helps you create professional cover letters for job applications. Our service includes:

• AI-generated cover letters based on your resume and job descriptions
• ATS (Applicant Tracking System) optimization
• Multiple tone and style options
• Document storage and management
• Browser extension for seamless integration with job boards
• Web-based editor for customization

Important: While we strive to provide high-quality content, we don't guarantee that using our service will result in job interviews or offers. The effectiveness of your application depends on many factors beyond our control.

Account Creation: To use AutoCL, you'll need to create an account. You can sign up using your email address or through supported social login providers (Google, Facebook, etc.).

Account Security: You're responsible for:

• Keeping your password secure and confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or appear to be inactive, fraudulent, or abusive.

AutoCL is designed to help you create genuine, professional cover letters. You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may use AutoCL to:

• Store and manage your application materials
• Customize and edit generated content
• Export your cover letters in various formats

Your Data: You retain all ownership rights to the content you provide to AutoCL, including your resumes, job descriptions, and any personal information.

Generated Content: Cover letters and other content generated by our AI belong to you. You can use, modify, and distribute them as you see fit.

License to Us: By using AutoCL, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and use your content solely to provide our services to you. We don't use your personal data to train our AI models or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Plans: AutoCL offers different subscription plans (Free, Pro, Premium) with varying features and usage limits. Current pricing and plan details are available on our website.

Payment: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal.

Price Changes: We may change our prices at any time. If we increase the price of your subscription, we'll notify you at least 30 days in advance. The new price will apply to your next billing cycle.

Taxes: Prices don't include applicable taxes, which will be added to your invoice based on your location.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at help@auto-cl.com. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

No Refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable. We don't provide refunds or credits for partial months, unused features, or if you decide to cancel mid-billing cycle. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

To maintain a safe and fair service for everyone, you agree not to:

• Misuse the service: Don't use AutoCL to create false, misleading, or fraudulent application materials
• Violate laws: Don't use our service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Abuse the system: Don't attempt to bypass usage limits, create multiple accounts to abuse free trials, or use automated tools to access our service
• Reverse engineer: Don't attempt to copy, modify, or reverse engineer our software or AI models
• Harm others: Don't use our service to harass, spam, or harm other users or third parties
• Compromise security: Don't attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Resell the service: Don't resell, redistribute, or commercialize AutoCL without our written permission

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

Our Rights: AutoCL, including our website, software, AI models, logos, and branding, are owned by Palora Technologies and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use AutoCL for your personal or internal business use. This license doesn't include any rights to:

• Modify or copy our software
• Use our trademarks or branding
• Reverse engineer our technology
• Create derivative works

AutoCL integrates with third-party services, including:

• Payment processors (Stripe)
• Social login providers (Google, Facebook)
• Analytics services (Google Analytics)
• Cloud hosting providers

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We're not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third-party services.

AS-IS SERVICE: AutoCL is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We don't guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

We specifically disclaim any warranties of:

• Accuracy: We don't guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free or suitable for your specific needs
• Results: We don't guarantee that using AutoCL will lead to job interviews, offers, or employment
• Availability: We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or technical issues
• Compatibility: We don't guarantee compatibility with all browsers, devices, or job application systems

You use AutoCL at your own risk and are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before submitting it to employers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Palora Technologies and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damage to your reputation or employment prospects
• Any damages resulting from your use or inability to use AutoCL

Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of AutoCL is limited to the amount you paid us in the six (6) months before the claim arose.

Some jurisdictions don't allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Palora Technologies from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of AutoCL
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
• Content you submit through our service
• Your job applications or interactions with employers

By You: You can terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account through your settings.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period
• We're required to do so by law
• We decide to discontinue AutoCL (with reasonable notice)

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use AutoCL ends immediately. We'll delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, though we may retain some information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution: If you have a concern, please contact us first at help@auto-cl.com. We'll try to resolve the issue informally.

If we can't resolve a dispute informally within 30 days, either party may initiate binding arbitration in London, England. You agree to arbitrate disputes individually, not as part of a class action.

Exceptions: Either party may bring a claim in court for:

• Intellectual property infringement
• Unauthorized access or use of our service
• Claims that can't be arbitrated under applicable law

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we'll notify you by:

• Displaying a prominent notice in our service

Changes take effect 30 days after we notify you. If you continue using AutoCL after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you don't agree with the changes, you should stop using our service and cancel your account.
